MORE THAN AN INSURANCE COMPANY.

At Northwoods Insurance Solutions It’s about trust, relationships, and protecting your life’s biggest treasures.

Crystal Labbe is a dedicated insurance professional based in Oxford Hills, Maine, with a rich and diverse background that spans multiple continents and industries. Born in Groton, Connecticut, and having lived in Europe, including Italy and France, due to her father’s service in the United States Navy, Crystal’s early experiences shaped her global perspective. At the age of four, she moved back to the United States and has since made Oxford Hills her home.

Crystal’s professional journey in insurance began in 2015 at Wheelers Insurance, where she excelled as a commercial lines agent and Customer Service Representative (CSR). After four successful years in commercial lines, she transitioned into the health and wellness insurance sector. Driven by a passion for helping employers and individuals navigate the complexities of health and wellness, Crystal took a bold step to start her own venture, Northwoods Insurance Solutions.

At Northwoods Insurance Solutions, Crystal specializes in a comprehensive range of services, including Life, Health, Dental, Vision, ancillary benefits, and Medicare. Her expertise is grounded in a deep commitment to guiding clients through the ever-changing landscape of insurance with integrity and care.

Outside of her professional life, Crystal is supported by her husband, Jim Labbe, a police officer with the Norway Police Department. Together, they are proud parents of two children: Austin, 19, and Ellyanna, 18. Crystal’s personal values are reflected in her words to live by: Companion, Audacious, and Gallant, and her motto, "Live intentionally uncomfortable," guides her approach to both her personal and professional life.

Crystal Labbe’s dedication to her clients and community, combined with her extensive experience and personal values, makes her a respected and influential figure in the insurance industry.
